Hang Five Painting

I just Finished this one up and have a few more ideas I can't wait to try.  I love the whole idea of longboarders as dancers on a board. If you watch the videos below you will see that longboarding can be so graceful and dancelike. I try my best to not be a goofball on my board and remember the "wave dancers" and how effortless they make it look. Happy Cross-stepping!
You can find this painting in my Etsy shop.

"Somewhere in Mexico" Wave painting

I just finished up this wave painting. You can find it at my etsy shop.  Waves are trickier than I thought. I am still figuring things out but I learned a lot of lessons with this one like have a great picture to go by and don't wing it. It will save you a lot time.

Spencer Reynolds Surf Art

Spencer Reynolds is a Southern Oregonian surfer and artist. If you have ever  been to the Oregon coast you know what an amazing and inspiring place it is. His paintings reflect the powerful coastline and the surfer's dreamy view of waves. So inspiring as an artist to be true to what inspires you and enjoy every minute  of it.

Surf Artist Matt Beard

I hope you enjoy these beautiful paintings by Matt Beard. He is a surf artist from Humbolt County California( I used to live there too) who specializes in green luminous waves and serene coastlines. I love his rich but soft use of color. His paintings seem so dreamy and magical to me.  See his site here for more info.

New Painting
