Studio Time.

In our new home I am lucky enough to have a great painting space. Its  been great not having to use the kitchen table for all my paints. I got a big stack of canvases during a great sale at Michaels and I love having lots of options. The world is my oyster!

Hang Five Painting

I just Finished this one up and have a few more ideas I can't wait to try.  I love the whole idea of longboarders as dancers on a board. If you watch the videos below you will see that longboarding can be so graceful and dancelike. I try my best to not be a goofball on my board and remember the "wave dancers" and how effortless they make it look. Happy Cross-stepping!

Dinner by the sea

 

I decided to give it a college try over on Polyvore and create a look. If you haven't been to this site yet you should go have a look see. It's fun putting things together but it can sure eat up some time.
This is definitely something I would love to wear. I had to throw my painting in on the background because it matched so well.

Warm spell

Not bad for mid December.  I got in a little family time on the beach.

Hot off the easel. I will definitely do a few more of these schools of fish. I had a lot of fun with them.
